Neil has over 20 years experience in leading consumer facing businesses, managing organisational change and delivering strong commercial results. Neil’s particular areas of expertise include organisational design and change implementation, strategy development and deployment, alongside many years consumer marketing experience, working for several years at Unilever.
He has been working in the recent development of a region-wide Marketing Collaborative within Yorkshire & the Humber, and is facilitating the development of 8 strategic projects aligned to the Healthy Ambitions priorities. A crucial underlying principle of this development has been to drive to Sustainable Quality Health Outcomes through the application of ‘Consumer’ Insight led management supported by robust Evaluation.
The same principles also underpin work underway with NHS Leeds in developing their focus on the ‘Consumer’, especially within the Public Health Directorate and programmes such as Immunisation and Vascular Screening.
