Mark is an experienced marketer who has become involved in the transfer of commercial marketing principles into public service. As a result his work has shifted from working with large corporates on marketing, research and communications planning to encouraging large organisations to embrace the benefits of genuinely customer-focused organisational development.
Mark’s overall style is warm and engaging; he is a highly focused individual committed to addressing the underlying barriers to change in and does so in a reasonably ‘direct’ fashion. His real passion is bringing about cultural change around customer thinking within political leadership circles, which often involves the regular writing of papers and occasional public speaking on change issues.
