Jonathan is a motivated and experienced business coach and consultant who has a passion for challenging the norm and thinking differently about everyday organizational issues. He is particularly driven by a desire to remove the myths, fears and complexities of organizational change and to provide consultancy services that are demonstrably effective and relevant to the needs of the 21st century.

Jonathan has over 20 years experience of managing change in fast moving commercial environments; 15 years leading change programmes on the client side and 7 years enabling others to benefit from his experience from the consultancy side, during which time he has worked with large private and public sector organisations, such as the NHS, Serco, London Underground and Emap.
